Prices

The ticket price for a guided tour is NOK 695 per person.
Minimum age is 10 years. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older.
Weight limits: 40–120 kg (110 kg on the zipline).
Rental of climbing harness and helmet is included in the ticket price.

Groups

We welcome groups outside regular opening hours. For groups of more than 20 people, we offer group discounts.

Guided tours can be arranged at your preferred time, please contact us by email.

The facility is not open for climbing without guides. You may use your own helmet, but private harnesses are not allowed.

Opening hours

Via Ferrata Haldenkanalen is open every weekend from late May through September. During most of July, we are open daily. Two guided tours are offered each day. Each group is accompanied by two guides, with a maximum of 20 participants per tour.
For larger groups, please contact us and we will find a suitable solution.

Climbing rules

• Climbing in the facility without a guide is prohibited and poses a risk of serious physical injury.

• All participants must wear the facility's harness with helmet and gloves (PVU).

• All participants must have registered in the system before climbing.

• My. age is 10 years. The person under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a person over the age of 18.

• The guides decide and have the authority to expel participants from the area if they oppose what the guides say.

• It is forbidden to jump on the suspension bridge.

• Maximum 2 persons per. platform in trees and 5 persons on the suspension bridge.

• It is forbidden to kick or throw stones or other loose objects.

• Mobile phones and keys must be stored in pockets that can be closed or in a bag.

• Follow marked trails.

• People who can not climb:

  • Pregnant

  • People with back injuries

  • People with other serious disorders

• Fear of heights goes well ☺

Implementation

Our guides will meet you at the entrance to the reception. There you get the equipment you need as well as an introduction to the trip and a safety course. When you go to the height, you are constantly attached to the safety wire. The trip ends with a Zip Line over the Halden Canal. The whole trip takes approx. 1.5 hours.

Free parking on arrival Via Ferrata Haldenkanalen, Brekke locks. The car park is close to the reception / registration.

Gift certificates can be purchased here . Gift certificates are valid for two years from the date of purchase, and are valid when the facility is open.
